Dr. Bobbie's journey began in Naperville, IL, where she grew up and attended Benet Academy for high school. As a competitive Level 10 gymnast at Midwest Academy of Gymnastics, her passion for gymnastics blossomed. Continuing her education and gymnastics career, she pursued a bachelor's degree in health promotion at the University of Iowa.
Driven by a deep-seated desire to help others achieve their fullest potential and live pain-free lives, Dr. Bobbie embraces an individualized, hands-on, patient-centered approach to care. She remains at the forefront of her field, employing advanced treatment methods to ensure optimal outcomes for her patients. In 2022-2023, she completed a Fellowship with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, earning the esteemed designation of FAAOMPT. Additionally, she holds a Diploma of Osteopractic, Certification of Spinal Manipulation (Cert SMT), and Certification of Dry Needling (Cert. DN) from this esteemed academy.
With 19 years of gymnastics experience, including coaching competitive gymnasts from Level 2 to Level 10, Dr. Bobbie possesses a profound understanding of the sport's demands. Her passion lies in aiding injured gymnasts to remain in the gym, preserve their skills, prevent further injuries, and expedite safe returns to the sport. While her coaching days are behind her, she eagerly anticipates assisting you or your gymnast in achieving swift recovery and injury prevention.
Beyond her professional pursuits in physical therapy and gymnastics, Dr. Bobbie finds joy in exploring the world through travel, camping in the summer, biking, staying active, indulging in a fine glass of red wine, and cherishing moments with her significant other, daughter, family, friends, and two beloved dogs.
